Age Policy
This is an 18+ event.
A valid government-issued ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
Code of Conduct
FNTSYXP is an inclusive, adult-focused space built on respect, creativity, and community.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Anyone violating this policy may be removed from the event without refund.
Cosplay & Prop Policy
Cosplay is welcome and encouraged.
• Props are allowed if they are clearly fake, lightweight, and peace-bonded
• Real weapons are NOT permitted (no firearms, blades, metal weapons, or functional replicas)
• Oversized props that block walkways or visibility may be restricted
All props are subject to staff and venue approval.
AI Policy
FNTSYXP does not allow AI-generated artwork or merchandise.
This includes AI-generated prints, posters, apparel, designs, characters, or “AI-assisted” artwork.
We are committed to protecting artists and original creative work.
Violations may result in removal from the event and future participation bans.
Media & Photography Policy
By attending FNTSYXP events, you acknowledge that photography and videography will take place.
Your image or likeness may appear in promotional content, recaps, or marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member.
Weapons, Drugs & Alcohol
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Real weapons or dangerous props
• Drugs or controlled substances (including recreational cannabis)
• Outside alcohol
Violation may result in immediate removal from the event.
Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds for no-shows, schedule conflicts, or removal due to policy violations.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, official guidance will be provided.
Right to Refuse Service
FNTSYXP reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior compromises safety, comfort, or the event experience.
