Applicable to the Feb 7–8, 2026 Mini-Convention at Sam’s Town Casino

Thank you for being part of the FNTSYXP community and agreeing to our official event terms and conditions. These rules ensure a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff.

Membership & Entry

To attend the FNTSYXP Mini-Convention, attendees must purchase an event pass or be listed as an approved exhibitor, guest, volunteer, or staff member.

Event passes and exhibitor spaces may be revoked at any time for failure to comply with our policies or code of conduct.
No refunds will be issued if access is revoked due to a violation of these terms.

Age Requirement

This is an 18+ event. All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
No exceptions.

Media Release

By attending the FNTSYXP Mini-Convention, you grant FNTSYXP and its partners the unrestricted right to film, photograph, and record your likeness, name, voice, and image throughout the event.

This content may be used in marketing, social media, advertising, livestreams, recaps, and promotional materials in perpetuity, worldwide, without compensation.

Attendance constitutes a full release of liability for the use of any recorded media.

AI-Generated Content Policy

FNTSYXP does not permit AI-generated artwork, designs, prints, or merchandise in any Artist Alley or Vendor Hall space.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• AI-generated artwork, prints, posters, stickers, apparel, accessories
• Merchandise partially or fully generated using image-AI tools
• “Edited AI,” “AI-assisted,” or “cleaned-up AI” artwork
• AI-generated text, stories, comics, or character designs

Violations will result in:

• Immediate removal of all AI-generated merchandise
• Possible ejection from the event without refund
• Risk of bans from future FNTSYXP events

FNTSYXP is committed to protecting artists, their work, and their livelihoods.

Event Conduct & Safety

FNTSYXP maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe or disruptive behavior. Any attendee engaging in the following may be removed without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
• Fighting, threats, or verbal abuse
• Lewd or inappropriate conduct
• Blocking hallways, entrances, or disrupting programming
• Ignoring staff, volunteers, or security direction
• Excessive intoxication
• Possession or use of prohibited items

FNTSYXP reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the event experience.

Weapons, Props & Prohibited Items

To maintain a safe environment, FNTSYXP enforces a strict prop and weapons policy.

Allowed:
• Cosplay props that are clearly fake, lightweight, peace-bonded, and cannot cause harm.

Strictly Prohibited:
• Real weapons of any kind (firearms, blades, blunt weapons, replicas that function)
• Prop weapons made of metal or capable of real-world harm
• Projectiles of any type (arrows, darts, BBs, pellets, etc.)
• Explosives, fireworks, or flammables
• Oversized props that impede walkways or block visibility
• Alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances (including recreational cannabis)
• Outside food or beverage where restricted by the venue

Any prohibited item may be confiscated or denied entry at staff or security discretion.
Failure to comply may result in permanent removal from the event.

Refund Policy

All ticket and exhibitor purchases are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• No-shows
• Scheduling conflicts
• Violations of policies or removal from the event

If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, venue complications, or unforeseen circumstances, FNTSYXP will provide guidance on next steps and any potential credits or partial refunds.

General Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, exhibiting, volunteering, or attending any FNTSYXP event, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Failure to follow any rule or direction from staff or security may result in removal and forfeiture of participation in future FNTSYXP events.
